Better to be ORIGINAL and FIRST!

Today's blog will also serve much like a newsletter. I want to introduce the NEW Sterling Silver items we just added to the site. I know, I know, it may seem overwhelming. There's periods when there is nothing new and suddenly it gets swamped with new stuff.

Let me explain, these things are projects in the works months before the finally become available. The hard part is not always the time it takes to produce them. It takes time to design and plan. Trust me when I say this, if it were easy, the market would be flooded with people like myself doing this.

I do know that there's a few people out there mimicking my business model too. I know that they see what is on the surface but they have no idea what goes on behind the scenes of what you see in the end. It's easy to copy and paste but its better to be original and first.

At last we are here. Years and years of researching and thinking about how to bring sterling silver to the market so people on a budget can feel good about this. You all know I was the first to list Sigil of Baphomet Rings for the first time in silver years ago. Since then, other items have rolled out and needless to say, it was very expensive. I use modern technology and skilled labor. SO skilled, in fact, that the hands-on experience I hire has created jewelry for Tiffany and Co.

These items we are introducing are not done by the means of which we used to produce the previous items. This is part of what makes them much more affordable. Based on the pics however, I am sure they do not disappoint. We had to do things in a very old fashion way without compromising too much of the modern tech that assists in helping create these. I created a small gallery below so you can click on the pics to expand them. They are available on our Sterling Silver Page of the site.

Policy Announcement

A while back I made it very clear that updates were going to happen with the site. As we evolve and grow, so will the way we conduct business. This is a natural process of every website and/or business. This includes policy changes.

We offer our items on Ebay and Amazon and we honor THOSE policies. If you have a problem with orders placed on Ebay or Amazon, PLEASE FOLLOW THEIR GUIDELINES. We cannot do anything other than respect the policies they placed for us to follow. If you lose your package or someone steals it, I can only recommend that perhaps you purchase the items from OUR SITE directly to better assist you if things go wrong. WE have OUR policy and they have THEIRS. Ours are flexible and we can go beyond what others allow us to do. We cannot do anything more than what Ebay and Amazon policy requires us to do for orders placed there.

Moving On

Previously I mentioned that I will not produce any more Sigil of Baphomet pendants. Let me be clear again. We currently have plenty available for the 2022 year. If any should sell out before the end of the year, we will not go into production for more. We WILL produce at least the BASIC designs that are ALWAYS in demand. This will be the Classic Black Sigil of Baphomet Maurice Bessy and one more that I will be producing later this year. The new version will not be shared until it is here. We know that many people literally love to knock off my ideas. Again, some of you think its only competition and that is fine. This is not politics, but it CAN be a bit personal. For that reason, its better to always remain original and a be a trend setter for those who want to ride our coat tails. Not gonna mention names.

We have so many new items that we are working on simultaneously. It is likely that they will roll out together or spread out through the year. As always, I am highly appreciative of your ongoing support. We keep prices decent and items are always creative. It is likely that at some point we will focus on items outside of the jewelry space. We are already stocking items from other brands in jewelry and we hope to do much with those relationships that we have built with them. This community of ours is only strong when we work together and not against each other. Sadly, a few will want to do "copy and paste" business model but such is life. They can only try, poor souls.

Last but not least, let's switch things up a bit. Does anyone care to read about JEWELRY? Here's another interesting thing about me that maybe nobody ever took notice on. I am a writer. I never actually worked as a writer so I am not a writer that's been published, however, writing is my passion. I can write about anything. It would have been a natural career choice if I ever wanted to be writer but I prefer to do it on my own. Putting something into words is something that comes easy to me.

Having said this, the subject is always JEWELRY here on this site because well, its what the site is about. Today I want to ask you, does anyone really care? I mean seriously. I write this stuff because some people want to know what I am working on next. I know you're out there. Some wanna know the details plus, its about the brand that Sigil of Baphomet Jewelry has become so I keep it real with that. Lately, I have felt that perhaps people want to read about something other than jewelry.

While this a satanic site in so many ways, it's hardly about the subject of Satanism. I have kept away from the topic because back in 2013 when the site launched, so where so many groups in the Satanic community coming up. Everyone had their own take on Satanism. Suddenly, The Church of Satan was no longer the only game in town. Today, there are many. Some have come and gone since 2013 but certainly there is no shortage of new "churches" or "temples" with Satan attached them. Not only that but there is no shortage of people talking about Satanism everyone. Everyone is always willing to jump in to correct you too. Everyone becomes an expert on Satanism and they all throw in their dime's worth of knowledge on the topic.

I had stayed away from doing blogs on the subject because this is a product site more than it is selling Satan to the general public. I have no comment on what anyone wants to believe. If you feel you are a Satanist, then by all means, declare it if you wish and hopefully my items will serve a purpose. After all, that was what this site was intended for to begin with. I am no expert nor do I bother telling people what I think is correct of wrong. There's so many groups these days, you are free to choose what ever works for you at this point.

Choosing what to write about, although I sometimes want to choose a topic that we are familiar with, makes me second guess the idea. Its like I said before, everyone is an expert suddenly and quite honestly, I am not here to debate anyone. There is no politics with me. I know that some have followed me since the earliest days and at one point, I was not afraid to jump in to the hot topics of discussion. However, my focus has shifted on how I do things and doing that sort of thing is no longer part of my agenda or blogs. To me, a blog is more or less a space to share some personal insight on what I am doing. Grant it, its mainstay is jewelry but I wonder if people still want to read about some topics. Perhaps you are interested in an opinion editorial styled blog. I don't know. I am curious. What would you like to read about? Should I change something here? Do you like the updates that I discuss on this blog?

Social media is also changing. Facebook is under so much scrutiny these days, nobody can share jokes or a pic that may be too sexy for someone to report on. Last year, I received some major blows on social media. When you saw Mark Zuckerberg doing this congressional meetings where he gets grilled by our government, facebook was tightening up things behind closed doors. Some of those affected by this was me. The content was not so much MY fault but it was the fault of admins I once had that had posted content as far back as 6 years ago. Because pics are too risqué or perhaps it was a joke where I guy holds up a gun to his head to simply say, just kill me already. Yes, that actually happened. I went to jail over a JOKE meme and it featured a guy putting a gun to his head with Penne Pasta shells as bullets. The joke was a pic of pizza with kiwi on it instead of pepperoni. I had to do facebook jail for a month and it was a pic from 3-6 years ago.

The problem is not facebook. Facebook was a free platform in the true sense of freedom. Until people start taking issues with what is being shared and then begin to complain. Those freedoms are slowly taken away by creating more laws, rules, or regulation to suppress what you see on social media. Since then it's gone by many names at this point. Names like "cancel culture" or suppression of freedom of speech, etc.

Anyway, I am gonna cut it short there...but you see my point? I am a writer. I can drive a narrative into a good read. I can easily talk about cancel culture, facebook, or some other interesting topic. The point is, the content comes easy to me and for the record, this story about the pizza with kiwi is a real story. Maybe I will cover that some day again.

I am guessing for the time being, I will continue to just share some news when they are too long for a social media post. Here, I like to dive into the details. The details matter because this was a brand that was started from nothing. I had to educate a few people over the years to let them know what makes this brand of jewelry so unique and different. It's not an amateur running this site. I know there are lots os sellers trying to gain moment out there. I am not here to put anyone down. However, I will say that I am an experienced business owner many times in my life. I have been an entrepreneur almost longer than I have been alive. I have a wide variety of experiences and expertise in business. I am by no means an expert but definitely experienced. I know the formula for success and with that, I felt confident that bringing something to the jewelry space was necessary at the time that I did it because NOBODY has ever done it. Many tried but like always, they drop out. We don't always get to know why they drop out but it's not hard to guess that they are certainly out of business.

I made a promise to stick around. Jewelry is sentimental. One of the most important pieces are the ones we wear because it represents you and who you are as a person. Satanism and symbols were lacking in the industry back in 2013. Since then, I have paved the way for many others in the occult space to push for better quality and craftsmanship. Some have gotten very creative and still others, well, they love to copy my ideas....SORTA. I mean, quality and craftsmanship is something that is not easily copied. You master it with experience and hard work to get to that point. I never cut corners on my brand. Thanks to YOU, the Satanists around the world whom have supported this site, we continued to bring new and better items over the course of time. You are the reason why we are sticking around.

If there is a chance to ever change things up on this blog space of mine, I will certainly do so. Perhaps it will be entertaining or educational at some level. Otherwise, the subject is always jewelry at its core.

Comment on the facebook posts regarding this blog. Please don't email back when you get this. It sorta defeats the purpose for others to read the feedback on it. I am going to end this here. I really wanted to utilize this as a combo of newsletter coupled with some thoughts on what I wanted to discuss. I hope it clarifies a few things. I believe going forward, I will do my unveiling of new items on blog posts....and THEN post it on Social Media afterwards. These designs come with a journey of their own. I feel its good to share some insight on them to go along with the pics. What do you think of that?
