RETURNS & EXCHANGES - 30 Day Returns

At Sigil Occult Jewelry, we want customers to understand our return and exchange policies before making a purchase. Because our catalog includes standard merchandise, Special Order items, and pieces produced specifically for an order, return eligibility may vary depending on the product purchased.

Please review the following policy carefully.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Eligible merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the date the order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, merchandise must be returned in its original condition, without signs of wear, alteration, damage, or misuse, and with any original packaging, accessories, or included materials when applicable.

Customers must contact Sigil Occult Jewelry within the 30-day return period to request a return or exchange.

Before sending merchandise back, please contact us for return instructions.

Do not send merchandise back without first contacting us.

Products identified as Final Sale, or products subject to special return conditions described elsewhere in this policy or on the individual product listing, may not qualify for a standard return.

STANDARD MERCHANDISE

Standard in-stock merchandise that qualifies for return may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Returned merchandise must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and in its original condition.

After an eligible return is received and inspected, the applicable refund will be processed to the original method of payment when possible, subject to any non-refundable amounts, shipping charges, or other conditions described in this policy.

STERLING SILVER

Certain .925 Sterling Silver products require special handling because production may begin specifically for the customer's order.

For these products, 50% of the purchase price is non-refundable, whether the merchandise was purchased outright or through the Sigil Layaway Plan.

If an eligible Sterling Silver item is returned, the maximum refundable amount is therefore limited to the refundable portion of the purchase price.

Shipping charges and other applicable non-refundable costs are separate.

Please review the individual product listing before purchasing for any additional product-specific terms.

STERLING SILVER LAYAWAY RETURNS

Sterling Silver merchandise purchased through the Sigil Layaway Plan is subject to a 50% non-refundable amount, whether or not the Layaway balance was paid in full before delivery.

Our standard 30-day return period begins on the date the completed order is delivered.

All merchandise must meet the eligibility requirements stated in this Returns & Exchanges Policy. Additional terms disclosed on the individual Sterling Silver product listing also apply

SPECIAL ORDER & PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Special Order and Pre-Order products may have different return or cancellation conditions depending on whether the merchandise has already been ordered, sourced, produced, or otherwise committed on the customer's behalf.

Any additional restrictions stated on the individual product listing become part of the terms of purchase for that item.

Please review the product description before placing a Special Order or Pre-Order.

​Layaway Availability: The Sigil Layaway Plan is available exclusively on qualifying Sterling Silver items. Eligible product listings will display the Layaway option and applicable terms.

EXCHANGES

Exchange requests must also be made within 30 days of delivery and are subject to the same condition requirements as returns. When an exchange is available, the replacement item is subject to inventory availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer another available option or process the transaction according to the applicable return terms.

Customers should contact us before returning an item for exchange so availability and instructions can be confirmed.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain merchandise may be considered final sale or otherwise ineligible for return when clearly identified on the product page or during the purchasing process.

Items may also become ineligible for return if they show evidence of:

• Wear or use

• Damage after delivery

• Alteration or modification

• Missing components

• Improper handling

• Failure to meet the return conditions described on the applicable product listing

Products specifically identified as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange except where otherwise required by applicable law.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable once shipping services have been provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return results from an error by Sigil Occult Jewelry or another arrangement has been expressly approved by us.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning merchandise.

Sigil Occult Jewelry is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged before they are received by us.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive merchandise that is damaged or an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly.

Include your order information and clear photographs showing the merchandise and, when relevant, the packaging.

Please do not discard the product, packaging, or shipping materials until the issue has been reviewed, as they may be necessary for a shipping or insurance claim.

We will review the situation and provide appropriate instructions.

RETURN INSPECTION

All returned merchandise is inspected after it is received.

A return is not considered approved merely because the package has been delivered to us.

We reserve the right to deny or adjust a return if the merchandise does not meet the applicable return conditions, subject to applicable law.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to the applicable original payment method when possible.

Processing time after approval may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Once a refund has been submitted by Sigil Occult Jewelry, additional processing time imposed by the customer's bank, card issuer, or payment service is outside our control.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you need to request an order cancellation, contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation eligibility depends on the status and type of order.

Special Order, Pre-Order, and Sterling Silver purchases may be subject to additional cancellation restrictions once sourcing, production, or other commitments have begun.

Layaway is available exclusively on qualifying Sterling Silver merchandise. Please review the individual product listing and our Sigil Layaway Plan for applicable cancellation terms.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Before returning merchandise:

1. Contact Sigil Occult Jewelry with your order information.

2. Tell us which item you wish to return or exchange and the reason.

3. Wait for return instructions before shipping the merchandise.

4. Package the merchandise securely.

5. Use a trackable shipping method and retain your shipping receipt and tracking information.

Sending an item back does not automatically guarantee that the return will be approved.
