Shipping Policy

 

Sigil Occult Jewelry operates (https://www.SigilOccultJewelry.com). By placing an order, you agree to the following terms designed to ensure a smooth experience for both parties.

 

1. General

We strive to maintain accurate stock levels, but discrepancies may occur. If an item is unavailable, we’ll contact you to arrange a restocking wait or a refund.

 

2. Shipping Costs

Calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Final shipping costs are shown at checkout.

 

3. Returns

 

     3.1 Change of Mind:

Accepted within 30 days of receipt if items are unused, in original packaging, and resellable.Return shipping is at your expense. Refunds are issued as store credit (excluding shipping costs).

 

     3.2 Warranty Returns:

Valid for claims within 90 days of receipt.Return shipping reimbursed for successful claims. Refunds, store credit, or replacements are available.

 

4. Delivery Terms

Domestic Transit: 2–7 days.International Transit: 4–22 days.Dispatch Time: Orders ship within 2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).Address Changes: Allowed before dispatch.P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses: Shipped via USPS only.Out of Stock Items: Available items ship immediately; backordered items ship separately.

 

5. Tracking Notifications

A tracking link is sent after dispatch to monitor shipment progress.

 

6. Damaged Parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged, please reject it if possible and contact us. For delivered parcels, reach out for instructions.

 

7. Duties & Taxes

 

      7.1  Sales Tax: Included in product prices.

      7.2  Import Duties & Taxes: May apply to international orders upon arrival.

 

8. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipment. After shipment, refer to the refund policy.

 

9. Lost, Stolen & International Packages

Sigil Occult Jewelry is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or undelivered packages once they have been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier.

For international orders, we currently use carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL for shipment delivery. Once your package leaves our facility and is transferred to the shipping carrier, any and all questions, concerns, delays, delivery attempts, customs holds, import fees, lost packages, or delivery issues must be handled directly with the shipping carrier.

We can assist customers by:

  • Providing tracking information

  • Reviewing tracking updates

  • Assisting with basic tracking inquiries

However, final delivery responsibility rests with the shipping provider once the package is in transit.

International customers may also be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or additional fees required by their country before delivery can be completed.
