At Sigil Occult Jewelry, we work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible while making sure your order is properly prepared, protected, and documented for shipment.

Please review the information below before placing your order.

ORDER PROCESSING

Processing time is the time required to prepare your order before it is handed to the shipping carrier.

Processing times may vary depending on the products ordered. In-stock merchandise, Special Order items, Pre-Orders, and Sterling Silver or Made-When-Ordered items may have different processing requirements.

Any estimated delivery time provided by a shipping carrier begins after the carrier accepts the package and should not be confused with our order processing time.

U.S. SHIPPING

Domestic orders are shipped using available USPS shipping services, including:

USPS Ground Advantage
A cost-effective shipping option for most domestic orders.

USPS Priority Mail
USPS generally provides an estimated transit time of approximately 2–3 days for Priority Mail.

Please understand that the 2–3 day estimate refers to the carrier's expected transit time after USPS receives the package. It does not mean your order will arrive 2–3 days after the date of purchase.

Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed by Sigil Occult Jewelry.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges are calculated according to the shipping options available for your order.

Rates may be based on factors including package weight, destination, carrier service, and applicable handling costs.

The shipping charge displayed during checkout applies to the shipment under the conditions presented at the time of purchase.

TRACKING

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order has been prepared for shipment.

Please allow time for the carrier to scan and activate the tracking number. A tracking number may be created before the carrier's system shows movement.

Once the carrier accepts the package, tracking information provided by the carrier becomes the primary source for shipment and delivery updates.

INSURANCE & SIGNATURE

Shipments may include shipping insurance and/or signature confirmation as part of our efforts to protect orders during transit and document delivery.

Signature requirements may apply depending on the order, destination, value, or shipping service.

Customers are responsible for providing a shipping address where the package can be safely received and, when required, signed for.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are shipped using UPS, FedEx, DHL, or another approved international carrier, depending on destination and service availability.

International shipping costs can vary significantly by destination, package weight, dimensions, and carrier.

In some cases, the shipping amount collected during checkout may not cover the actual cost of international shipment.

If additional shipping charges are required, we will contact you before shipping the order.

You will have the option to:

Approve and pay the additional shipping charge, or
Cancel the affected order without being charged for the merchandise if the additional shipping cost is not acceptable.

We will not ship an international order requiring additional postage without first receiving the customer's approval.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT FEES

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, VAT, tariffs, or other fees imposed by their country or local authorities.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge unless specifically stated otherwise during checkout.

Sigil Occult Jewelry does not control customs processing times or the fees imposed by foreign governments, customs authorities, or shipping carriers.

Customs inspections may also delay delivery.

Customers are responsible for understanding the import requirements applicable to their destination before ordering.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's network and operating conditions.

Delays may occur because of circumstances including severe weather, transportation disruptions, peak shipping periods, customs processing, carrier operating delays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Carrier delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless the carrier expressly provides a guaranteed service.

LOST, STOLEN OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once a package has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, it is considered to be in the carrier's possession.

Sigil Occult Jewelry is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdirected, damaged, or otherwise affected after carrier acceptance.

When applicable, shipping insurance may provide a process for addressing qualifying losses or damage.

We will provide reasonable assistance with available tracking information or documentation when necessary for a carrier or insurance claim.

INCORRECT OR UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing checkout.

Sigil Occult Jewelry is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable addresses supplied by the customer.

If a package is returned to us because of an address issue or failed delivery, additional shipping charges may be required before the order can be shipped again.

RETURNED PACKAGES

Packages returned to Sigil Occult Jewelry by the carrier will be reviewed after they are received.

Depending on the reason for the return, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges if the order must be shipped again.

Original shipping charges are generally not refundable when the carrier has already provided transportation services.

Any merchandise return remains subject to our separate Returns & Exchanges Policy.

SPECIAL ORDER & PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Special Order and Pre-Order merchandise may require additional processing time before shipment.

When applicable, estimated processing times will be stated on the product page or communicated during the ordering process.

A shipping method such as Priority Mail does not shorten the processing or production period for a Special Order, Pre-Order, or Made-When-Ordered product.

The selected shipping service begins after the merchandise is ready and has been transferred to the carrier.

STERLING SILVER & MADE-WHEN-ORDERED ITEMS

Certain .925 Sterling Silver and Made-When-Ordered pieces may require production before they can be shipped.

Production time is separate from carrier transit time.

Please review the individual product listing for applicable production or processing information before ordering.

MULTIPLE ITEMS & SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Orders containing products with different processing times may be held until all merchandise is ready or may be shipped separately when appropriate.

If an order is divided into multiple shipments, additional tracking information may be provided.
