HOW IT WORKS

The Sigil Layaway Plan is offered on qualifying Sterling Silver jewelry only.

When Layaway is available, the option will be displayed on the individual product listing along with the applicable payment terms and information for that piece.

STERLING SILVER LAYAWAY

The Sigil Layaway Plan is designed specifically for qualifying Sterling Silver jewelry because these higher-value pieces may require production or special ordering.

Layaway availability, payment requirements, payment schedule, production terms, and other applicable conditions will be stated on the individual product listing.

Please review the product listing carefully before beginning a Layaway Plan.

NEED MORE TIME?

If an eligible Sterling Silver listing offers an extended payment arrangement, the applicable terms will be displayed on the product listing or provided before the Layaway Plan is approved.

WHEN DOES MY ORDER SHIP?

Sterling Silver merchandise purchased through Layaway will not ship until the Layaway balance has been paid in full and any required production or processing has been completed.

CANCELLING STERLING SILVER OR MADE-WHEN-ORDERED LAYAWAY

Sterling Silver and Made-When-Ordered layaway payments are refundable until 50% of the purchase price has been paid.

Once the account reaches the 50% payment threshold, payments become non-refundable and production begins.

Because production may be initiated specifically for your order, cancellation after this point does not restore the refundable status of payments already made.
 

RETURNS ON LAYAWAY PURCHASES

Our standard 30-day return period begins when the completed order is delivered, not when the layaway plan begins.

For eligible returns on Sterling Silver merchandise:
50% of the purchase price is non-refundable, whether the merchandise was purchased through layaway or paid in full.

All other requirements of our Returns & Exchanges Policy continue to apply.
 

MISSED PAYMENTS

If you believe you will be unable to make a scheduled payment, contact us as soon as possible.

Do not simply abandon the plan.

We would rather know that you need assistance with your payment schedule than receive no communication.

Any modification to an existing payment arrangement must be approved by Sigil Occult Jewelry.
