ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order by Sigil Occult Jewelry.

Orders may be subject to payment authorization, product availability, verification, fraud-prevention review, shipping restrictions, or other reasonable requirements before fulfillment.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order when necessary, including in cases involving pricing errors, product availability, suspected fraud, payment problems, shipping restrictions, or other circumstances that prevent us from completing the transaction.

If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, any applicable refund will be processed according to the circumstances of the cancellation.

PRICING & PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, prices, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, errors may occasionally occur.

Sigil Occult Jewelry reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update product information or pricing when necessary.

Prices and promotions may change without notice unless otherwise stated.

PRODUCT IMAGES

Product photographs are intended to represent merchandise as accurately as reasonably possible.

Actual appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings, manufacturing variations, plating, finishes, stones, resin inlays, or other characteristics of the product.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Product availability may change without notice.

Adding an item to a shopping cart does not guarantee that the merchandise will remain available until checkout is completed and the order is accepted.

Certain products may be limited, discontinued, Special Order, Pre-Order, Made-When-Ordered, or available only while supplies last.

PAYMENT

Customers are responsible for providing valid and accurate billing and payment information.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may change depending on the order, location, or payment provider.

Payment authorization or processing by a third-party payment provider does not override these Terms or guarantee product availability.

SPECIAL ORDERS & PRE-ORDERS

Certain merchandise may be offered as a Special Order or Pre-Order.

Special Order and Pre-Order purchases made by credit or debit card generally require approximately 10–15 business days of processing, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

When confirming product availability, a payment authorization or hold may remain on the customer's payment method for up to 7 days.

If the merchandise cannot be obtained, the customer will not be charged for the unavailable merchandise and the authorization hold will be released according to the payment provider's procedures.

Actual release times may depend on the customer's financial institution.

MADE-WHEN-ORDERED MERCHANDISE

Certain merchandise, including some .925 Sterling Silver pieces, may be produced specifically for an order.

Production does not necessarily begin immediately after an order or layaway is initiated.

Made-When-Ordered merchandise is subject to any production, cancellation, and return conditions disclosed on the product page and in our applicable policies.

Customers should review those conditions before purchasing.

SIGIL LAYAWAY PLAN

The Sigil Layaway Plan is available exclusively on qualifying Sterling Silver merchandise.

Because Sterling Silver pieces can represent a higher-value purchase, eligible product listings may provide customers with the option to secure the piece and pay over time.

SAME AS CASH. NO INTEREST. NO HIDDEN FEES.

Layaway availability, payment requirements, payment schedules, production terms, cancellation conditions, and other applicable information will be displayed on the individual Sterling Silver product listing.

Not every Sterling Silver item is necessarily eligible for Layaway. If the option is available, it will be clearly identified on the product listing.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable Layaway terms before beginning a plan.

Participation in a Layaway Plan constitutes acceptance of the terms disclosed for the applicable product and the Sigil Layaway Plan.

SHIPPING

Shipping options, processing information, international shipping requirements, customs responsibilities, tracking, insurance, carrier delays, and related conditions are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Shipping transit estimates provided by a carrier begin after the carrier receives the package and do not include order processing or production time.

By placing an order requiring shipment, the customer agrees to the applicable Shipping Policy.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Eligible merchandise may generally be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions and exclusions stated in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Certain merchandise has special return conditions.

Sterling Silver merchandise is subject to a 50% non-refundable amount under the applicable return terms. This also applies to qualifying Sterling Silver merchandise purchased through the Sigil Layaway Plan.

Final Sale merchandise is not eligible for standard returns or exchanges except where required by applicable law.

PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES

Promotional offers, coupons, sales, and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions, including expiration dates, product exclusions, minimum purchase requirements, or limits on combining offers.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, promotional discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previously completed purchases.

Sigil Occult Jewelry reserves the right to correct or cancel promotions affected by technical errors, misuse, or inaccurate promotional information.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards may be subject to separate conditions presented at the time of purchase.

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for protecting gift card information from unauthorized use.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Sigil Occult Jewelry website may contain original photographs, graphics, written content, logos, branding, product designs, artwork, and other intellectual property owned by or licensed to Sigil Occult Jewelry or its respective rights holders.

Content belonging to third-party brands remains the property of its respective owner.

Nothing on this website grants permission to reproduce, manufacture, copy, distribute, commercially exploit, or falsely claim ownership of protected material without authorization.

ORIGINAL SIGIL DESIGNS

Certain products sold by Sigil Occult Jewelry are original Sigil designs.

Purchasing an original product does not transfer ownership of the underlying design, artwork, branding, or intellectual property associated with that product.

Unauthorized reproduction or commercial copying of original Sigil designs may violate applicable intellectual-property rights.

THIRD-PARTY BRANDS

Sigil Occult Jewelry may sell merchandise produced by other manufacturers and brands, including Alchemy Gothic.

Ownership of trademarks, copyrighted artwork, product designs, and other intellectual property associated with third-party merchandise remains with the applicable rights holder.

The presence of third-party merchandise within our catalog does not imply that Sigil Occult Jewelry created or owns those designs.
